CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation at Butterfly Esthetics, we respectfully require at least 24 hour notice. We do understand, our clients and their children get sick, and emergencies happen. We will allow exceptions if the cancellation is not recurring. Cancellations- Appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price, if called before the reservation time. No show/No call, will result in 100% charge of treatment price. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your continued love and support.
